Alison King (she/her) has over 20 years of experience in people & culture, working in 4 countries (UK, US, Australia & Canada) and in a range of industries (including - education, utility, government, entertainment, software and professional services). This includes experience in day-to-day people operations, organizational development, strategic planning, leadership & learning and process improvement & project/change management.
Alison’s depth and breadth of experience brings an open mindset in co-creating with others and a unique lens from which to view opportunities, generate ideas and implement solutions. She has proven strength in translating strategic outcomes to day-to-day experiences and sustaining positive change at all levels in the organization.
Alison leads with curiosity and a coaching mindset. She is known for empathy, authenticity, inspiration, collaboration and commitment. She is passionate about creating safe spaces to connect & create and in uncovering the potential of others.
