They wish to step-in-to or step-up their authentic leadership presence and capability in their personal, work and community life. A large proportion of current coaching clients are women and people of colour who are underrepresented at leadership tables today.

In her roles as senior human resources business partner and in the leadership learning space, Alison has logged many hours coaching leaders at all levels to make change happen. She is a Co-Active trained coach (includes 100+ hours of coach training and learning) and is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and as a Co-Active as Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).
